I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the order I received today.
I ordered a shirt from your store, but upon opening the parcel, I was shocked to find that the shirt has a very foul smell. It appears as though the item has been previously used and then repackaged and sent to me. This is completely unacceptable and falls far below the quality standards I expected from your brand.
I feel highly let down by this experience. Please let me know the immediate steps for a full refund or an urgent replacement with a fresh, unused item. I have attached photos of the packaging for your reference.

Using Beyond tees from last 3 years and their dry fit shirts are really good, I am still using shirts which I bought 1-1.5 years ago and I use this on regular basis for gym & sport activities.
I booked 2 different shirts. One I received but the second isn't reached yet. Several times, I called the number, shown at your facebook page, but, no one picked my call yet
